OUR DIRECTOR
Diego Márquez Arango, director of our the team, is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Master in Business Law and International Business from Universidad Católica de Ávila (Spain), Specialist in Economics from Universidad de los Andes, and has training in Emerging Legal Practices and Regulated Sectors (Spain), Agribusiness (Argentina), among others.
With more than 15 years of experience, he has worked on projects in Colombia and several countries around the world, including Spain, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Uruguay, Peru, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Panama, Ecuador, Mexico and the United States.
He specializes in business issues such as corporate governance, litigation and tax planning, family wealth management and family protocols, M&A and bankruptcy. In addition to his practical experience, he is a university professor and co-author of academic and practical texts related to business matters and non-profit entities.
